st martins day

 For St. Martins Day, E made a lantern in school. They put a tea light inside and took them for a walk outside. I noticed her tea light was never lit, her teacher told me she kept reminding them to be 'way, way careful' with fire. This is a serious improvement from six months ago when she started her room on fire.

Another day they made stained glass windows from tissue paper. When I asked her what it was she gave me another name. I'm not sure it if it's a German word or one she made up herself. Maybe she really does speak German...probably more likely it's a speech impediment. We love her so much!
