It will be documented. Winston looked so adorable today (I dressed him to match me), I wanted some pictures of him on his car.
Violet got there first. Such is his life.
Eliot's always game to join in.
Violet's face.
It still catches me off guard that this little boy will be two next month. I'm thrilled as can be with his growing up. I asked Rocky yesterday if our kids getting older makes him sad. He answered in the negative and I concurred. We debated if this makes us bad parents but agreed it doesn't, we love our kids growing up and that's okay.
I'm not a huge baby fan, and chances are unless the baby is crying and you look like you need a break, I will not ask to hold your baby. I'm not even a big fan of kids. I guess I kind of like them. But I love being a parent. I don't have children because I crave babies or enjoy pregnancy or even like having lots of kids around. I have children because I am working on building something special and great--a family. I have loved the opportunity to teach and learn from my children. My most desperate hope is that I don't mess them up too much. If I fail, maybe they can help each other figure things out.
Frenemies at their finest.
